Eagles WR Jalen Reagor deletes his social media accounts

Jalen Reagor has fallen very low in the Eagles depth chart, and he doesn’t seem to be taking it well.

The 23-year-old wide receiver rubbed his two Twitter and Instagram accounts of all of their posts and blacked out his profile pictures.

His time in Philadelphia may soon be coming to an end.

The Eagles caused a stir on Night 1 of the draft Thursday when they sent the 18th overall pick and one of their third to Tennessee for star receiver AJ Brown.

With Brown expected to line up against DeVonta Smith, the move gives the Eagles a dangerous 1-2 punch away but leaves Reagor lost in the reshuffle.

The Eagles’ 2020 first-round pick from TCU, Reagor has so far failed to live up to his pick’s status. He had just 396 receiving yards and a touchdown in his rookie season, then dropped to 299 yards in 2021, though he caught another touchdown.

More often than not, he was invisible on the Eagles’ offense.

After Thursday night, Reagor is fifth at best on the team’s depth chart. Smith and Brown take the top spots, followed by Zach Pascal, Quez Watkins, and then a draw between Reagor and Greg Ward.

There really isn’t a place for him anymore.

JJ Arcega-Whiteside, another struggling receiving prospect, takes a try at the tight end.
